An asbestos complaint was filed against 79 corporations by the estate of Ambrose Poss claiming that he was exposed to asbestos while employed as a mechanic and supervisor at various locations in Missouri.
Ambrose died after battling mesothelioma and his son, Douglas, filed the complaint on his father’s behalf.

As a result of the company’s negligence, Poss claims that he was exposed to fibers containing asbestos, which caused him to develop mesothelioma.
Seeking Compensation
Poss claims that prior to his father’s death, he suffered from great pain and mental anguish.
He is seeking $250,000 in damages for negligence and conspiracy.
