Man Suffering Blames Former Employers
The suit says the defendants were negligent and should have warned their employees about the potential risks of working with and around asbestos.
Sigman says that as a result of his exposure, he has accrued medical and pharmaceutical expenses, great pain of body and mind, loss of earning capacity and loss of enjoyment of life.
His wife, Betty, claims that she has experienced a loss of companionship, as well as the financial support of her husband.
The couple is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
